A little while ago I had some coaching, Helen made me feel really comfortable and was really interested in what I wanted to work through. I was looking to improve my health mainly looking at what I was eating. I use to enjoy 3 to 4 bars of chocolate a day. Since seeing Helen I completely stopped opting instead for 4 squares of dark chocolate. I feel incredible and have so much more energy and attention. Thank you Helen for making a huge difference in my life.
